Return & Refund Policy

At Little J Magnets, every order is made with care and attention to detail. Because many of our products are custom-made, we want to be transparent about how returns and refunds work.

Custom & Personalized Items

Custom photo magnets and personalized products are made specifically for you. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on custom or personalized items, unless the product arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.

If your custom item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of pickup or delivery, and we’ll be happy to make it right.

Pre-Made Designs

Pre-made magnets may be eligible for a return or exchange if they are unused and in original condition.

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
  • Items must be returned in original condition
  • Proof of purchase is required

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original form of payment.

Fair & Event Purchases

 

All purchases made at fairs or events are considered final sale, except in cases of damage or error. If there is an issue with your order, please notify us at the booth or within 48 hours so we can assist you.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us with a photo and order details. We will gladly replace the item or offer a refund when appropriate.
